According to the previous page, these water-based emulsion resins, are processed from acrylate monomers’ polymerization reaction only. These resins unique feature is high UV resistance compared to styrene-acrylic resins. Pure acrylic resins are mainly employed for underneath layer coating; which requires high stiffness and adhesivity, especially in buildings indoors and outdoors. Regularly, they are packed in 200 kg barrels that should be kept away from sunlight and frost. Maximum expired time for using these resins is six months after production. Pure acrylic resins are used based on different technical specifications, in industries such as construction, paint, non-woven textile and food industries. Currently, Abnilshimi Co. produces 5 grades of pure acrylic resins with various applications. Properties make these resins qualified are: • High resistance to UV Here is a summary of pure acrylic in some applications.
